Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Mail Gurd, a Gmail sender blocking tool.
Use of the service
Mail Gurd lets you connect a Gmail account, add blocked sender addresses, and automatically remove matching emails.
You are responsible for choosing which senders to block and which removal mode to use.
Permanent deletion
If you select permanent delete, matching emails may be deleted permanently from Gmail without first going to Trash.
Permanent deletion cannot be undone by Mail Gurd. Use this setting only when you are sure you do not need messages from the blocked sender.
Google account access
You must authorize Mail Gurd with Google before it can access Gmail. You can disconnect Gmail inside the app or revoke access from your Google Account settings.
Mail Gurd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Service availability
Mail Gurd is provided as-is. The service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted because of hosting issues, Google API limits, configuration problems, or maintenance.
We do not guarantee that every unwanted email will be removed before you see it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Mail Gurd to break laws, interfere with other systems, abuse Google APIs, or access Gmail accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Mail Gurd after updates means you accept the updated terms.
